never received my package because it was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted Bask & Lather Co.
by email on the same day regarding the issue and requested assistance from a representative.
Unfortunately, I never received a response within 24 hours, as stated on their website.
Im disappointed with the delivery issue and, more importantly, the lack of timely customer service. I hope the company can improve its communication and follow-up with customers when delivery problems occur.
